» Welding both the inside and the outside of the boiler with Motoman MRC robot and positioner
» Automatic palletization of variable product dimensions. In the project, the dimensions of the products are entered into prescription on Siemens HMI screen and it aligns the products in demanded angles and course by communicating KUKA KRC4 robot thanks to Siemens PLC profibus communication. The cycle time of the robot in the project is between 6-6.5 seconds.
» Customer specific software was written to ABB IRB2400 S4C gas metal arc welding robot. The customer makes small and different cycle weldings with this robot. The firm stated that they lose so much time because the dimensions of the received cycles are variable; therefore program in the language of RAPID was written on ABB robots in line with their request and variables.
